Code of Conduct
The Impact Lab is a space for open, rigorous, and respectful collaboration — whether you’re a researcher, partner, training participant, or contributor to our tools. We expect everyone involved with our work to:
- Be respectful. Treat everyone with courtesy and professionalism, regardless of background, experience level, or perspective.
- Be honest. Uphold the integrity of your work — no fabrication, misrepresentation, or cutting corners on reproducibility.
- Be open. Engage with different ideas and ways of working. Our strength comes from diverse perspectives and genuine knowledge-sharing.
- Be accountable. Take responsibility for your contributions, flag problems when you see them, and be willing to learn from mistakes. Be inclusive. We do not tolerate harassment, discrimination, or exclusionary behaviour in any form — in person, online, or in our shared spaces.
These principles apply across all our activities: research, training, partnerships, and open-source collaboration.
If you experience or witness behaviour that falls short of these standards, please raise it with any member of the lab leadership team.
